Central Maine Golf Carts was started in April of2003. It was born by the decision of Mike Dugas and Chip Kitchin to provide Central Maine with a golf cart dealership. We started out with 47 rental carts and 10 carts for resale.  Our big break came that season when the Phish concert in Limestone Maine came to call for 50 rentals for a week.

As the years past we grew each year. In 2004 both Chip and I went to Augusta Georgia to take the advanced Club Car school. We were constantly picking up new accounts. Our rental fleet grew to 70 cars and we are stocking a full parts line. By 2007, we had 110 rentals and added a full time service technician to our business.

At season's end we had to make a hard decision. We choose to get out of the rental business and focus on cart sales, part sales and service. Fuel prices, travel cost, fair market price and time were a major player in the decision. 

So today we embark on a new strategic road.  We are launching this web site to host the largest online inventory in New England.  It will be our continuing goal to serve our customers with honesty, loyalty and timely.
